We will be getting a new server, are there any problems w DBA & Windows 2003 server?

The only thing you may want to watch for a bit is Pervasive. But even there, I don't believe there are any problems. As I understand it Pervasive v. 8 has some architecture enhancements that dovetail nicer with 2003 Server architecture so that might be worthwhile looking into getting from DBA.
