There is a problem with your logic. A zero price should not affect a commission calculation. For example, if you sold a type F or R at a zero sales price, it will accurately compute a negative commission amount. After all, in the “real world” for salespeople, their commission is impacted by the costs of inventory whether they sell something for a small margin, for a penny, or zero. However, upon further testing, I discovered that the default in SD-N, Enter Commissions at Line Item Entry must be set to Yes, in order for the commissions calculation to work for zero sales entries. This is true regardless of the Type of part sold. Then I discovered that when I highlight the component parts for the kit in the SO line items, and enter the commissions percentage at the end, the negative commission amount will be calculated when the invoice is posted. So with a little extra time for key entry, negative commissions will calculate correctly. Lee
