We noticed today that when printing an Ack after entering and saving a sales order, the process uses BKSOB3.RTM whereas when you use SO-B to print the ack, it uses T6SOB3.RTM.  In our case, the BK version uses no shading in the boxes, but the T6 version does.
 
Our sales people are grumbling because, depending on how/when they print the ack, they look different.
 
Also, if you try to use the T6 version via the SO-A process, it does not look right (of course). So that's not a solution...
 
How do I get both ways of printing the ack to default to using the same report?
