Shocked Since the 7/21 update, WE are unable to get a report from SA-A.  When anyone tries to access SA-A we get an error "a record was not found in fileloc for file ISARCHG.BWG -4".  The report then comes up but during that we get several more error messages about missing files beginning with ISAR.CHG, then when we try to print to printer, we get an I/O error 103 message.
HELP!!

Follow the instructions on the download page to create the ISARCHG file in the dictionary.
 
"To turn on the Sales Order Change tracking and/or on time delivery reporting, before you can set the default in SD-Q, you will need to get all users out of DBA, change to the Default (B) company (if you are not already in that company) and go to UT-A, program UPDFILE. Choose the ISARCHG file and click Process to add the new file to the system. "

Thanks, Lynn, that solved our problems!  I guess I ignored the tracking program issue because I thought it was for evo users only.  I read the download instructions the way I read instruction manuals..... Tongue

The tracking of changes to Sales Orders and the date/time stamp of GL and Inventory transactions works for everybody.  The only part that is limited to Evo is the User Login ID of the person making the change.
