We've noticed that when going into CM-A, the rep code that appears, even on accounts that already exist, is not the assigned rep (usually the one who set up the account in CM), but the person logged into CM. For example, if I log into CM I see my code in the REP field, even if I open up an existing record that I didn't enter. We thought that it used to be when you opened an existing record in CM you saw the assigned rep. ??? How to fix this? TIA, Val
