When I go into CM-A to record a history note, the Rep field arbitrarily brings in other Rep codes other than the Rep code in the default field entered for that specific customer.  I verified in the BKCMACTH file that data is saved to a Rep code other than the default Rep saved in the master file – BKCMACCT.
I think this must be a programming bug or is there a way to fix this.
