Close W/O with PENDING labor against it
08/02/04 at 08:38:06
Another new problem for us. While closing work orders I got the following error on one of them "There are open or unposted labor transactions against the W/O". I went to DC-D and printed the labor and there it was! It is in the "Pending" labor report. This was a new category of labor for me. When I went to help it says that "Pending" labor is "clocked in but not yet clocked out". I have labor in this category against the work order I am trying to close. I do not understand how the labor got to the "Pending" category. How do I get it from there to Posted? Thanks, Bill

You need to use DC-A and clock the employee out, then use DC-G to edit the labor to the correct time.
