We are having problems with acknowledgements not printing the freight. It is not on all the acknowledgements either, just out of the blue it won't print it. Sometimes you can re-print and it will. I am checking Y to the question on the acknowledgement whether you want to print the freight or not.
 
Is anyone else having this problem as well? and how are you solving it? ???
