Some new features were added to the Vendor Aging (AP-I) that allows the invoice or voucher description to be added to the the aging printout.  It is my understanding that the features listed under "Description Contents" are optional and can be turned off by deleting the "X" in the box prior to the choice.
 
I seem to be unable to remove the "X" in front of the choice.  If I delete the "X" in front of "Invoice Description" it seems I must add an "X" in front of "Invoice Terms"

How do I turn off the description contents so they do not print on the A/P Aging?
