USERS IN HELP

I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT WE CANNOT ALL BE ON HELP AT THE SAME TIME. THERE IS AN INSTANCE WHERE ONLY ONE CAN USE IT AND ALSO WHERE THREE CAN USE AT ONE TIME. IS THERE A FIX FOR THIS?

Hi,
 
Are you using the EVO menus? If so, make sure all shortcuts are pointing to the local C drive and not to the network share (right click the icon, then properties).
 
I'm not sure if this will fix it--we can all use help at any time.
