Deleted company-files still in Explorer

I deleted a test company using UT-I, then downloaded and ran the utility to rebuild the EVO data dictionaries. The company is no longer available under Change Company in Classic or EVO, but the subdirectory and all files still show in Windows Explorer. Can I now safely delete them in Explorer?
