add a field to the sales order report

How do I add a field to one of the .rtm files?  We would like to see who entered the sales order print out on the order ackowledgement and the pack list.  I know where the information is in the database - just need to ad it to the .rtm.

You can only do this with the EVO product and for EVO TAS 6 forms and you need the EVO forms editor from ISTS.
