Tables for Acknowledgement report
09/09/04 at 11:53:28

I am attempting to create a acknowledgement report Access. Is BKARCUST the correct table to use to display customer details?
Which table do I use to display the Bill address?
Does any know which table holds this SO N.o which corresponds to the parts on SO?
Thanks

BKARCUST contains customer information; however, not linked to your sales order.

BKARINV contains sales order header infomation, including the fields for bill-to and ship-to customer details.

BKARINVL contains sales order line item information, such as fields for part codes, prices, quantities, and the like.  It is linked to BKARINV through the sales order number, meaning that you have to create the appropriate relationship between those fields in Access.

One note of caution... Access doesn't like DBA's use of fields ending with a number enclosed by brackets.

Good Luck!  Cheesy

Thanks for the info.
I've had a look at BKARINV but it only shows a handful of the customers that have SO N.o's. In DBA on SO-B lookup\search by SO N.o there are many more customers which do not appear in BKARINV.
All of the customers are listed in BKARCUST but as you stated there is no SO is unable to create a relationship. Is there another table holds all of the customer information with the SO N.o?
