Hi Lynn, thanks for your help this morning.    
I am still getting an error message when exiting the access menu setup program -  "Error while creating popup menus for buttons."  It then takes me totally out of the program, and I have to log on again.  I have just noticed though that if I go in through the icon and not the Module drop down menu, I seem to be able to exit access setup without exiting completely out of EVO. Is this normal?
Also, I am having trouble with the email setup.  Is it not available in the trial period?
I really like the menu setup  by the way!
