Problem in SO-A

I have a user on Terminal Services (1 of about 8) who has a repeatable issue in SO-A.  She is entering a new sales order and when she goes to the line item screen SO-A disappears and she is left with the DBA screen and the SO menu pulled down.
 
She goes back into SO-A and opens the SO,  her initial information pertaining to the sale is all still there.  She adds the line items and all is fine.
 
It's very odd but repeatable.. by her only.
 
I have reset her TS session to clear any old stuff in memory.
 
Any ideas?

I have seen this happen as well on a Peer-to-Peer setup.  You enter a S/O, get down to the bottom of the
screen, ready to go to the line item screen, and the screen closes.  The S/O is saved.  You can open it again  
and enter the line items.
It also happens when entering quotes.
