When entering any date in the "as of" box report does not include parts in QC, whether the QC prompt is answered Y or N.
 
If date is left blank, report correctly includes or excludes QC based on QC Y or N setting.

It really shouldn't ever be run including the items in QC because the quantity would be On Hand + In QC but the value of the QC items is the same as the On Hand Inventory rather than the actual value in QC.  Better to run IN-F excluding QC and then run PO-J-B to get the true value in QC and add them together.
