now hit the USER DEFINED button at the bottom,
F2 index 1 and scroll down and choose the 16th option JOB#
(you could F2 the other indexes, but leaving them blank will give you desired order)
hit RETURN button and you will return to top of page 1,  keep pressing enter, accepting the defaults until you get to the job# field in column two on page 1 and  enter your range.
You can F10 or continueing defuaulting until you are on page 2 and then you can F10.
 
You can later shorten the data retreival time by playing with variables such as dates, etc.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  I have never found a way to get a PO report to reflect both received and unreceived items.  I have to print 2 reports.    The same is true with job costing reports....even the ones which attempt to give you projections which should include unreceived PO items.
