Asking Lynn if there is a way to tie JC-F, Outside Purchases to JC-A, Job Costs so that the itemization of part numbers constituting "Material" costs will equal the TOTAL Material Costs in JC-A?
 
We found that a purchase order price change (direct job receipt to a work order) shown in Report JC-F, Outside Purchases, does not appear in the "Material" details in JC-A for the respective part number.  
 
Since we are contract manufacturer, it is important that the Job Cost report accurately reflect all costs associated with a work order.
