I am still having the below problem with AR history notes: I need to add more notes to a customers account. I have run out of space on the notes tab and went into history to add notes there and I get the following error: No record in AM-L-I of the rep assigned to this account You are not authorized to view this account(eventhough I have the rights). I do not get this error with every customer, only some. Also, all reps are set up. Any additional thoughts? Thanks.
