In the contact manager, the list for vendors doesn't work when sorting by class because the field allowance is only 2 characters but the field in enter vendors is 4 characters.  We are trying to use this field to give us a list of suppliers versus service and other categories of vendors.  We can do this through the accounting module AP but I was thinking it should work the same in the CM.  
Does anyone have a better way to separate suppliers in a listing?

 Can't believe I didn't think of that, because I have set up ODBC and it has worked well for  me for a number of reports.  I'm learning Access so its taking time, but this seems like a very simple one.
