I have a 5 user license for DBA and 5 for EVO. We have 5 workstations. If I have DBA running on 5 workstations, does that mean I can not run EVO as well, on one of those workstations? I quess my question is, does the licensing allow 5 users in one or the other or should I be able to run EVO and DBA on each workstation at the same time?
 

I believe Steve's question, and mine too, was can you have 5 users logged on to DBA Classic and EVO at the same time?  I would guess no since this would mean 5 +5 log ons or 10 when the concurrent license says only 5 can be logged on at once.   We have a few extra licenses but, if my guess is right,  I can see this could be a problem with people logged on to both programs.  I guess when fully implemented with Evo, I will have to ask people to log off one when in the other.

Actually, that is not the case.  Both DBA and Evo (now Evo-ERP) have their own license control above and beyond the Pervasive license control.  If a DBA license for 10 users has Evo-ERP installed for the same 10 users, then the total number of users that can log in using either menu is 10 even if the Pervasive user count is 100.
