Issued matl on WO showing as needed in MRP

I have a work order that the material was issued on. The material is showing up in the costs and on JC-E. However, when looking at WO-A "materials" it is showing nothing issued.

The requirement is popping up in MRP as a "buy".

I ran UT-A BKREBWO.run but this did not change what the work order is showing.

How do I correct?
