QC report
11/01/04 at 15:17:09

The Inventory in QC report for a part shows 295. That is the original received in to QC.  Once the items were inspected 265 were taken out of QC and put into inventory. That leaves 30. IN-A screen shows 30 in inventory. However, when we run the QC report, it shouds Q.C. Qty as 295. Where is it getting this number.

BTW - three items in the QC report are this way, the others are all correct.

Follow up on Kristen's post (we work together).  QC - When we receive a part into QC, then do an inspection  buyoff for a portion of the parts, leaving some in QC, the QC report  shows the original quantity of parts instead of what is left after the buyoff... thereby overstating the parts and value in QC.

Our CFO feels this is a problem with the Evo interface and has completely banned our staff from using it,  Sad making everyone go back to the Classic interface.   cry Productivity is being affected, so if it isn't a problem with Evo, please tell me and at least we can get folks back to the good stuff while the problem is being resolved.

Is there an answer yet??

TIA

I just tested - it is a bug in PO-J-C that throws the PO-J-B report off, although all the other postings and updates are OK but it has nothing to do with Evo.  It is a bug in both environments.  We will fix it!!

Hi Lynn,

Thanks for answering (I knew it wasn't Evo, but Pat's *convinced* it is).  Hopefully this will change the tide and get our staff back to the cool, productive interface we love and miss!

Please put us on a notice list to get notification of the fix when it's ready.

Thanks so much!
