DBA 2004.1 with IS TechSupport update 7/21/04

When we receive a PO into inventory as opposed to QC and then print a traveler, the field names print where data should print.  For example, instead of the receipt date printing as 11/05/04, it prints as QC_RECV_.
All the field data shows up as the field name instead of what it should be.  If we received items into QC and then print the traveler, it will print correctly.

Our default receipt in the system settings is to QC, but
we've tried changing that in our test company to inventory and receiving and printing a traveler and that's made no difference.

How do we go about fixing this?

Thanks in advance,

Val, I think the traveler is only intended to be printed for items in QC. May I ask why you need it for items going into inventory?
