I AM GETTING THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO RUN DBA ON A WINDOWS 98 WORKSTATION-
(dba was working fine until this problem)
 
"A required .DLL file , WBTRV32.DLL was not found"
 
Thinking that there might be corrupted files I did the following:
Replaced the wbtrv32.dll file - no change  
 
I ran the dba workstation setup program but this did not solve the problem.  
I tried to reinstall the pervasive program but it would not install because it said that pervasive was already installed, so I uninstalled pervasive thru windows uninstall program and tried again, but it still will not install.  It says I have to do a patch installation.   What is a patch???  
 
I need help.
