Ok, after my red faced post on suggesting a wonderful new idea got shot down as already existing, I decided to visit my user who brought it up to me in the first place.
 
Ya know when you go into IN-A (and some other programs) you have the cute little icons for Image Link (camera), calculator, etc?  Well, they don't show up on any of our XP machines.  Most of our machines are 2000, but we do have a couple that came with XP out of the box.
 
What am I missing?
