Hi Everyone,
 
We need to print a few closed PO's from 2000 for our auditors.  Unfortunately, we can't seem to get this to work.  It keeps telling us we have to turn on the ability to Reopen PO's in the PO Defaults, Receivers button, but is is on (set to Y). Whether we use the classic or Evo interface, results are the same.  Help!   ???

Val and I had a number of emails back and forth this morning as she was sitting there with the vultures (I mean auditors) waiting for the information.
 
For the record, in case anybody with the same problem finds this thread on a search - this was solved by going into PO Defaults and changing the default to reopen closed PO to N, saving, then resetting to Y and saving again.

Need to reopen a PO to over receive something that was not noticed during entry.  I went to the PO default as Lynn said to change the question to reopen a PO to Y but that question is not in my PO defaults screen. What now?

It is on the second screen under Receiver Defaults.
