Hello out there,
 
Can you folks give me any pointers about converting a single currrency company into a multi currency company?

There is a utility program you run at UT-A called MCSTART that will take you through all the necessary steps.  You do need to have all the GL Accounts set up first.  Review the multi-currency information in the Help first.

Our sister-company is located in the U.K. and we send them one (1) invoice per month that needs to be referenced in GBP.  I'm curious, is it worth setting up the IM module for 12 invoices per year?  For those using this module is it easy to setup & use?  What are the ups & downs of the IM module?
