We are re-visiting this issue after considering it quite a while ago and dropping it.  We specifically want to use a barcode reader to enter labor using travelers with bar codes printed on them, so that the employee performing a sequence  can scan in a sequence on one or more work orders, add a start time, and their employee number, and add a stop time when they are done.  We are trying to eliminate the problems with manually recording work order number- sequence- start and stop times by the worker and then the entering of them by different employee.

That is what I want, Lynn, for the reader to work like the DC program without the computer terminal that requires them to type in the work order # and sequence number.  Others have been looking at some pretty basic bar code readers and I can see we will have to spend more to get what I want.  Thanks for your input.
