I am trying to set up certain inventory items so that we pay a certain % commission every time they are sold. According to the help menu, this commission should over-ride the commission set up for the individual salesmen. I can't get this to work. Every time I print out under CS-O it calculates the commission using the commission percentage assigned to the salesmen versus the commission percentage assigned to the inventory item.
