Just installed the latest update and we are having an error box pop up when trying to get into SO-A and PO-A.  We first get a message, "The lookup program could not be found.  Try exiting this program and running it again."  It appears that the program starts normally afterwards, but we haven't fully tested it out.  Has anyone else seen this or know what it might be?

Only an Evo issue, I left a file out of the Zip file for the post.  If you have Evo and have already downloaded the post, you can get the missing file at www.istechsupport.com/dl/wbklookup.zip.  Unzip to DBAMFG.
 
Corrected file has been uploaded for the post so if you haven't downloaded yet, you will be fine.

Adding the missing file fixed my issue.
