lost my description and cust# lines (Read 410 times)

lost my description and cust# lines

???lost my 2nd description line and all other lines under  
the 2nd description line that could be printed like cust#.
it only happens on the printing packing list but not on
acknowledgements.
 
Have not tried invoicing yet.
 
Please help.

Restore your backup copy of BKSOC4.RTM (or whatever your default form is). Sounds like someone tried modifying it and it came out wrong.
