New statement format problem
01/03/05 at 14:10:11

We are having problems with the new aging format when printing payment information.  We have asked to print payment info for the past 31 days, with the statement date being 12/31/04.  Payments by customers who have payments on 12/03/04 are not showing up.  If we put in 32 days they show up.
So I think the program is looking at today's date, not the statement date.  Can this be fixed?

We like the new aging style format for statements, but.....
Along with the above problem, I also wrote of two other problems in a thread in Sales-
1) In both DBA classic and Evo, using the old style statement format,  the show fully paid on/after a selected date does not work, it shows all paid from the beginning of time!
2)Payments in the aging style format prints a last line with 0 in all the fields except the check total, in which it prints the previous check total. (A grand total of payments in the chosen period would be nice here!)

Any chance this problem will be addressed before the end of January when we have to print statements again?

Hi,
I found a problem when I was printing payment info, the original invoice amount was $525.49, we applied $513.42 (they pd short) which left $12.07 Balance, this part is correct. The next payment we received we applied the $12.07 to bring the bal to $0, but the report now shows, original amount $525.49, applied $12.07, remaining balance $513.42.
