AP 1099 -DIV

Lynn,
I was trying to print 1099's for the IRS 1099-DIV Form. The IRS form is 2 to a page, does DBA have the capability to print this form? I can't seem to find one that is even close. If not is it possible to purchase something like this as we have about 300 shareholders who receive dividends. Thanks

Regardless which you choose, it is using the same RTM. Not sure if you could modify the RTM to align with the 1099-DIV form or not.

I've never modified forms before, so I wouldn't even know where to start. Is this something you could possibly do as a custom program, I know it's short notice for this year but maybe for next year? I'd like to print to a 1099-MISC (which has 2 per sheet) with my laser printer... If I use the GRAPHICAL FORM it gives me 3 per sheet. If I use use the TEXT version, it gives me the 2 per sheet that I need, but I doesn't line up at all.

I've read and reread all the suggestions in the box and nothing changes.
