Unable to write to TP5WIN.INI

undecided
We Just installed new W2k Server. Getting DBA to work was no problem as long as everone has full Admin rights. We are really trying to lock down the system.
As soon as a person is moved to power user or user.
We get the following message Unable to Write to TP5WIN.INI. Has any one experienced this and what work arounds are available. I really do not want users having full access to the main DBA mapped drive, other than from the shortcut on their desktops.

Thx

Phil

The TP5WIN.INI file should NOT exist in the DBAMFG folder on the server.  It SHOULD exist in the WINDOWS folder on each workstation.  If the users are not logged into their workstations with a level that has write access to the WINDOWS folder (and there are good reasons for that) then move (NOT COPY) the TP5WIN.INI file from the WINDOWS folder to the C:\PVSW\BIN folder which is another folder in the environment path.
