Hi,
 
Our Inside Sales Manager sends email via Evo all throughout the day.  She just started noticing that all her messages sent via Evo are being delivered with the From: as Unknown.  When she sends regular email (not via Evo), this does not occur.  So it's something in her setup, and I can't figure out what would be causing it.  I looked at her nzemail.cfg file, and it looks OK.  I even re-ran the tasevosetup on her computer, deleted the data in the email tab and re-entered it all, clicked apply and tried again.  
 
The problem is recipients will delete the messages, which contain quotes, sales acks, and invoices because of the "Unknown" sender.  HELP!  Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Check to see if the Name field is populated in the Email Settings in TAS C - Set Configuration menu.

Yep, it is, and it was before I went in and re-did everything, too.  It all *looks* just fine, but the "From" is always "Unknown" when the recipient gets the email.
 
Any one have any other ideas?
