Reprint invoice notes (Read 644 times)

Reprint invoice notes

When we reprint an invoice (SO-F) that has been posted the notes no longer print.  The questions about notes and hidden notes are answered yes, but no notes that were on the original invoice are reprinted.  I can't see that anything is done wrong, any suggestions.

What version was the invoice originally posted under?  It didn't used to save the notes way back when.  If it was recently posted, then I don't know, they should be there.

I loaded the latest update 3-25-05 and then I created a new sales order in my test company and printed the packing slip and then invoice both of which showed the note.  After I posted the invoice I went back and reprinted the invoice and the note did not reprint.

I can't duplicate.  Just tested and the notes are there on the posted invoice when it is reprinted.
 
Are they hidden notes or anything like that?  I just tested ordinary notes.

No they are ordinary notes entered in SO-A on the line item screen where it says notes.
