Strange behavior in History

Since upgrading to EvoERP, the "header" part of the screen in AR (or CM) History is messed up.

It skips over Rep
and the default value in Code is "VP"

??

You probably had no password set up before (blank rep and blank password) and you set up VP as a rep for the Vendor Performance Report, also with a blank password.  Go into CM-I-I and give the VP rep a password.
