Hello, I hope someone can Help me w/ this problem
We are currently setting up Contact Manager. Just finished getting everyone Rep codes and Passwords and that is going to work great BUT I would like to use CM-E and it will not let me enter "History" or "Follow".
I can get into the Vendor but when I click on History or Follow I get this:
! Error: The current rep, , is not set up in CM as a rep.
As far as I can tell by researching it should be asking me for my Rep password at this point. I've looked and can't find any reason for this error. Any ideas??
