Maintain Database Problem

I have setup a new server with a new install of DBA with ISTS 3-25-05 updates. When I try to run maintain database I get an error when I try to open a file. Error 35 invalid directory. It is looking for {E:\dbamfgdefault\} it doesn't have a backslash between dbamfg and default. Any ideas?
