EDI Error Report I/O Error 103 (Read 1228 times)

EDI Error Report I/O Error 103

When using DE-P-H (EDI Error Report), if we print to screen using the DBA Classic interface and then try to send the report to any printer, we get an I/O Error 103. (This does not happen with the Evo interface.)

If in the Classic interface we print directly to the printer, that works ok, but then the user can't view the report first.

What might be the cause of this error in the Classic interface?

Has anyone resolved this?? I was trying to run IN-F.

dameng Senior Member DBA / EVO Software Consultant Posts: 275 Gender:	Re: EDI Error Report I/O Error 103 Reply #4 - 11/12/06 at 10:36:30 since you are using the Classic interface, then try going to UT-F assign Printers / Fonts ( in classic not evo ) and select the default printer you are using. hit enter thru all the field values accepting the defaults and save. then exit and reenter classic, now test out your printing task.

I have since discovered that IN-F gives me this error code on any workstation. It is not specific to the newly installed one.
