Statements not printing aged totals

Just ran our monthly sales statements and there is no breakdown at the bottom under the age categories.

We have not yet downloaded the 5/17 update, but I ran our monthly AR-E statements and it does include the aging $ amounts at the bottom of the page.
 
What update are you using? (as this may help the programmers assist your problem).
