5/17/05 update and labor cards
06/08/05 at 05:03:44

So I installed the 5/17/05 update this morning and DBA hangs on printing labor cards.  The dialog screen goes all blank (blue) with only the input fields showing.

Any ideas, this was working yesterday?

WO-E?  Try DC-E as an alternative.

Hey Lynn,

That did the same thing... I tried this in EVO and in there I get a Warning Error.  Something Report Name C (and then a box/square character).

Make sure the Evo menu is calling the T6... program name rather than BK...  There is a utility you should have run - UT-A, T6MENUUTIL.RWN that updates the menus to the T6 equivalents of the programs.

Must have missed that... I'll give that a try, but what about Classic?  Most users are still using that.  Like I said, this seemed to have happen after I did the update this morning.

Don't know of anything that would have changed in Classic - we didn't change anything in WO-E.  I just printed some and they look OK.  Could somebody have tried editing the RTM?  How far into the program do you get before it hangs?

No one modified the form, I just checked.  Everything seems fine until we choose either to send the output to either List or Printer then it just hangs there with the input field visable.  I doesn't hang the system however, we can exit out of the screen.
