AR and CM don't seem to work together (Read 372 times)

AR and CM don't seem to work together

We never really used the contact manager but would like to start too.  When I go into AR and pick a customer and then choose CM from the AR screen, CM opens with the Customer code shown but nothing else.... no address, contact info, nothing.  Is this correct?  Do we really have to reenter all of this info in the CM?

Run CM-K to transfer all your customers into CM.  Then in SD-Q, there is a setting to coordinate CM and AR edits so if an address or phone number or email address changes, you only need to change it once and both will update.  Set that to Y.
