Evo install on new computer

Help!!
I am trying to install evoerp on a computer that didn't have DBA or EVO installed before our update to ERP.  I used the tas6evo.exe program in dba folder to install. Was this right?  It looks like a good install, except that the set configuration screen is not working.  I don't have any of the buttons (OK, apply, cancel, set dev) at the bottom to save settings.  So I can't set the correct startup company.  The shortcut points to a C:\ISTS folder with everything in it.  Everything seems to work if I change to the right company manually  using "Change company".  Should I delete the ISTS folder and start over?  ???

You should have used the EVOERP.EXE (new program) rather than the old TAS6EVO.EXE.  You can use it now, it should make a new icon and set everything up right.

I am still having problems with this workstation.  I tried running evoerp.exe and that didn't fix the configuration screen.  I tried deleting the whole ISTS file on the C drive and running evoerp.exe again.  Everything worked fine, but the configuration screen is still missing the bottom row.  I tried running workstation setup and it said there were 4 errors - copying files evoerp.exe, evoerpsetup.exe, suwin6.dcy, and suwin7.dcy.  I haven't run the toolbar program yet.
What should I try now?

Any suggestions??  I installed the toolbar on this machine and that didn't help anything.

Please email me a screen print of the configuration screen missing the bottom row.
