I was under the understanding that in CM-E it had the History Code option just as in CM-A & AR-A  
 
Add A Call / Edit A Call / Delete A Call with the option to use History Codes - But it doesn't so why when they are talking about History codes do they include the Vendors in that list  
 
Or am I missing something?

Additionally, in AR-Q (viewing customer info) the Contact Manager button does not work AND history codes are not available.  I would perfer to have AR-A only available to those with that authority.
 
Any suggestions??
