Can't open AR Transactions in AR-C

I get a Fatal Error:
You have tried to access a file that has not been previously opened, or the file number value (FNUM) passed was 0.
 
when I press the AR Transactions button in the AR-C screen...

Confirmed and will fix.  Classic is doing the same, not an Evo-specific problem.
