multiple jobs....
07/06/05 at 06:06:38

Hi,
Shouldn't the times in which 2 WO's were logged into at the same time be divided by 2 ? The example below shows were an employee was logged into more than 1 WO but the actual time was calculated for both jobs.

48 07/05/05 BISHOP, D              32000-  1    10    1    06:20:21  07:43:30    1.39  N/A     2
  48 07/05/05 BISHOP, D              31921-  1    10    1    06:20:21  07:43:30    1.39  N/A     2

Thanks

Jim P.

Not sure which report that was from but some of hte reports show the total time but the cost is divided by the number of jobs.  Also, check SD-B Defaults, there is a setting for dividing cost by the number of jobs worked.

We also noticed today an employee's labor cost and overhead not being divided by the number of jobs being worked. Both SD-B and SD-Q Divide OH by number of jobs are set to yes.
