Form edit -PO print 2nd description

DBA classic, PO form #4
 
How to print 2nd descrition of an item on PO in addtion to part number and specifications? What field I need/able to insert to the form?

This can't be done in DBA Classic. Cannot add a data field, only text, logos, etc.  
 
EVO-ERP can do it.

Second description line should be pulling into the PO as  comment line and if it is on the PO, it should print on the RTM.  If you add a new second description line to an item after the PO is created, it won't be there and would have to be manually typed into the PO as a comment.

Thank you, Lynn, you are right. Those PO without 2nd description must be entered in a wrong way.
 
We just started using PO in DBA for real after this many years so a lot new thing came out. Roll Eyes
