Company not accessable in EVO

We set up a test company in DBA prior to the last update.  One of our other employees informed me today that she could not get access to the company, as it does not show up in the change company window in either Classic DBA or EVO. The data files are there and so are the security settings, but you could not select it as a company.   I recreated the company and copied in the data files from a recent backup.  I can access the company in Classic, but not in EVO.  I know that there is some procedure that has to be followed to rebuild the data dictionaries, but I can't seem to find the post(s).  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
